Chapter 06 · Why Talent World

A choice between models, not academies

Saint Leo is not comparing academies but models. This chapter puts the difference side by side and shows how the recruitment engine keeps turning.

Traditional Soccer Academy

  • Focus on soccer
  • Limited educational preparation
  • Short relationship
  • Recruits individual players
  • Limited parent engagement

Talent World FC

  • Soccer as recruitment strategy
  • Education first
  • Lifestyle development
  • Academic preparation
  • Leadership
  • Parent involvement
  • International partnerships
  • Student recruitment ecosystem
  • Long-term engagement

Chapter 07 · Business Model

A self-reinforcing recruitment engine

Every participant can become a future Saint Leo student, and every graduate feeds the next cohort.

01

One clinic creates camp participants

02

Camp participants return for the College Experience

03

College Experience participants enroll in degree programs

04

Graduates become ambassadors

The loop restarts stronger every cycle

What this means

01

From transaction to relationship

An academy delivers a player and disappears. We accompany a young person from fourteen to graduation, with parents as full partners at every stage.

02

Every cohort funds the next

Participant fees cover the programs, while those same programs lower the university's recruitment cost. The enrollments that follow are the actual return.

03

Alumni as a recruitment channel

Graduates return to their club or school as the most credible proof the pathway works. The cycle restarts, stronger each time.
