A structural collaboration with Anton de Kom University of Suriname (AdeKUS) and the University of Curaçao, operating as regional dependances of Saint Leo University: outbound preparation for study in the United States, and an inbound platform that receives American Study Abroad students in maritime studies, sustainability and ecology.

The dependance model gives students in Suriname and Curaçao a year of American-standard education before they leave home. They arrive at Saint Leo academically prepared, linguistically ready and already familiar with the system.
